I specialize in teaching functional therapeutic yoga tailored to meet the rad folks I have the good fortune of working with.
I teach with a whole-hearted curiosity and delight in my students finding something new to learn about themselves each time they show up.
Sessions focus on the healing aspects of yoga – especially for the nervous system, self-regulation and body awareness, and the core and pelvic floor.
I believe in the physical and emotional, long-lasting benefits of yoga. I believe you are your best teacher. I believe props are powerful teaching tools.
